Who Will Win the RallyCross Nats? Stock Classes

The 2023 RallyCross National Championship is less than a week away, with competitors scheduled to rip through fields at Heartland Motorsports Park in Topeka, KS, on Oct. 6-8. Who’s gonna win? Don’t ask us – because we asked you first!

Below, you’ll find the first of three polls where we pose that exact question to you. Today we’ll look at the Stock classes, and then tomorrow there’ll be Prepared, followed by Modified.

Sifting through the entries, to our eyes, Stock Front Wheel Drive is anyone’s game to win. There are certainly a few names that stand out, but as of the time of this writing, none of the 2022 RallyCross Nationals SF trophy winners had entered.

Stock Rear Wheel Drive’s 2022 winner, meanwhile, is returning, making James Green the driver to beat. But with other fast drivers also entered, that win isn’t going to be a cake walk. Likewise, in Stock All Wheel Drive, Timothy Thompson has returned to defend his 2022 SA title – but Jan Gerber, who finished barely 1.4sec off Thompson’s winning time last year, is back and will be looking to collect that title.

Haven’t registered for the event yet but want to compete? There’s still time!

Keep an eye on SCCA.com and SCCA’s RallyCross Facebook page for event coverage. But for now, we ask you…
